In Q2 2019 73% believe that now is a good time to sell a home, an increase over Q1’s 65%.

Those feeling that strongly rebounded from 37% in Q1 to 46% in Q2 2019. 65% of people believe that now is a good time to buy a home, which is consistent with the previous quarter. 38% believe that strongly, and 27% believe that moderately.
