Chocolate Ghee starts the Culinary Journey.

I love ghee so when I saw Chocti (a chocolate ghee spread) I couldn’t wait to put it in my cart and get it shipped straight to me!
I started using ghee clarified butter when I began my lifestyle of decongesting to manage health issues. What that means is I utilize a frame of mind for health that focuses on how the body works to maintain optimal functioning through knowledge of the lymphatic system; your immune and waste removal system. By limiting potential allergens in your recipes, you give your body a rest from the conventional foods that cause sluggish circulation, clogging up the lymph vessels and nodes which causes toxin build up, and ultimately disease.
Chocti is lactose free with only four ingredients: date syrup, chocolate (cacao, coconut sugar) grass fed ghee, vanilla bean.
Winter time always makes me think of S’mores unfortunately the original S’mores which includes graham crackers chocolate bars and marshmallows make it a very congesting snack. By changing a couple ingredients, you can support decongestion. Instead of graham crackers is chopped pecans and Chocti (or Thrive Ghee). Enjoy Life Allergen Free Chocolate Chips rather than other name brand chocolate bars supports your body to utilize the nutrients better for improved health.

Number of Servings Varies on Portion Sizes
1/2 cup medium to finely Chopped Pecans
1 to 2 Tbsp Chocti Chocolate Ghee Spread (1 to 1.5 Tbsp Thrive Ghee)
Topping(s) of your choice:
Enjoy Life Allergen Free Chocolate Chips
Mini Marshmallows
Mix together chopped pecans and Chocti. Shape into oiled pan of choice or flatten into bars or circles on a piece of parchment paper. Place on a baking pan.
Bake in oven at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. Remove and top with chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake 5 minutes more or until chips are melted and marshmallow is heated.
If you are layering the chocolate and marshmallows, heat briefly the chocolate layer first them remove from oven and top with the marshmallows. For a crispy marshmallow, broil on 400 degrees until lightly brown.
Cool briefly and eat warm or cool in refrigerator and eat later.
