Humane Society of Sarasota’s

“Family Friendly” Cruisn’ for Cats & Canines!

Ladies and gentlemen, mark your calendars for Saturday, November 9, 2019, for an event that combines exotic autos, domestic beers, domesticated animals, and rockin’ beats.

Cruisn’ for Cats & Canines is S&S Motorsports 10th Anniversary Open House. Jason Lee Place (located just west of I-75 off Clark Road) will be taken over by a car show, southern rock concert, and pet adoption event (Adoption Fees Covered!), with all proceeds benefiting the Humane Society of Sarasota County. The event is from 10am–3pm, and admission is free to the public. Monetary donations to HSSC and donations of pet food and supplies are appreciated.

There will be exotic autos, hot rods, food trucks, and libations. HSSC will be there with adoptable cats and dogs, and all adoption fees will be covered that day thanks to the generosity of the James & Ellen White Family Foundation. At noon, the Greg Billings Band will take the stage for an exclusive concert. To cap it off, a gorgeous Fender Squier Stratocaster electric guitar, autographed by AC/DC front man Brian Johnson, will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. Who knows, maybe Brian will take the stage too…

Whether you’re a motorhead, a music buff, an animal lover (or all the above), this is an event you do not want to miss!
