Sarasota and Manatee single family home, condo and townhome sales.
October saw single-family home sales increase over 2018, pushing sales volume up almost 36% to $280 million in Sarasota, while Manatee County saw a 12.8% increase to $206.9 million. Single family inventory is slightly down in both counties, 6%-7%. Year over year condo sales were up 16.5%, $93.7 million in Sarasota, while Manatee was up 19.5%, $53.6 million. Condo inventory is down almost 18% in Sarasota while holding steady in Manatee.
